What is a preorder product?
A preorder product is a product that has not yet been released. By preordering, you are reserving yourself a copy of the game for launch day.
If I Preorder an item when will I receive it?
We will ship your preordered item to you prior to release via your chosen method of shipping. The vast majority of preorders arrive for the day of release. However we cannot guarantee delivery by release date for standard Royal Mail deliveries, because Royal Mail cannot make this guarantee. Choose Special Delivery to ensure it is delivered for the release date. Please note that International orders will take longer to be delivered. Please note that release dates are subject to change.
We cannot always guarantee that Limited Edition items or some Hardware will be available for delivery on the day of launch, but we will keep you informed if any issues arise.
If I preorder an item and the price changes later, what happens?
You will always be charged the lowest price that we have offered it at, so you will never be penalised for ordering early!
If I Preorder an item, will you charge me for it right away?
No, all sales are charged to your credit or debit card only when your order is despatched. We do however authorise your card for £1 when you place the transaction to ensure you have given us the right details. This money may appear to have been removed from your account but it will be available after a few days once the authorisation has expired.
