eGift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. An eGift Voucher can be used in full or part payment of absolutely any products available at Game.co.uk. Unfortunately, an eGift Voucher cannot be used in GAME Stores.
  2. eGift Vouchers are only available in the denominations £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 however you can purchase and redeem multiple eGift Vouchers in one transaction.
  3. Where a Gift Card holder wishes to buy products with a value higher than the balance on the eGift Voucher, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value, either by Debit / Credit Card, PayPal or Reward Points.
  4. Where the eGift Vouchers has a larger value than that of the total order the outstanding balance will not be reissued and this will be lost. The eGift Voucher redeemer will be warned of this at time of redemption and they can chose to increase their order or not use the eGift Voucher for this transaction.
  5. Reward Points cannot be earned for the purchase of an eGift Voucher, however Reward Points can be earned from the order when the eGift Voucher is redeemed.
  6. eGift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but you may cancel an online order for an eGift Voucher by contacting our Customer Services team. Only eGift Vouchers which have not been redeemed can be refunded in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
  7. Where GAME agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using an eGift Voucher, the amount of the purchase price paid using eGift Voucher(s) will be reissued as new eGift Voucher(s).
  8. When purchasing an eGift Voucher the buyer can set a suitable age limit for products purchased with the eGift Voucher. Customers who redeem eGift Vouchers must be of the required age to purchase age restricted product. It is an offence to attempt to buy a certificated title if you are under the required age or to attempt to purchase any such title on behalf of an under age third party.
  9. eGift Vouchers can only be used once and must be redeemed by the date of expiration. This is 12 months from the date of the eGift Voucher delivery. This can be set up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
  10. Please look after the eGift Voucher code and treat it like cash. If you lose your eGift Voucher code please contact our Customer Services team. If an eGift Voucher is used without the consent of the eGift Voucher holder or is stolen or damaged we cannot replace or reimburse the amount of the eGift Voucher.
  11. Normal GAME.co.uk terms and conditions of purchase and use of GAME.co.uk apply.
  12. GAME may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the eGift Voucher scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond GAME's reasonable control. GAME will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the eGift Voucher scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in GAME Stores, on the Game.co.uk website or otherwise.
