How do I buy the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S using Xbox All Access as a new customer?

If you’re a new customer, you can easily buy in-store.

Head to your local store (subject to availability) and speak to one of our team who can help you. You must have a GAME Reward Account and a form of ID (driving license or passport). If you don’t have an existing GAME Reward Account, you can sign-up for free on the website or download the GAME App.

What do I need to upgrade?

When we have stock available, make sure you have your serial number to hand from your original console. We require this to check if you’re eligible to send back your console and upgrade.

When can I upgrade?

Once you hit 12 months or 18 months from when you purchased your original Xbox All Access console you will receive an email confirming you are now ready to upgrade. This will give you all the information you need to process your upgrade and send your original console back.
