How do I buy the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S using Xbox All Access as a new customer?

If you’re a new customer, you can easily buy in-store.

Head to your local store (subject to availability) and speak to one of our team who can help you. You must have a GAME Reward Account and a form of ID (driving license or passport). If you don’t have an existing GAME Reward Account, you can sign-up for free on the website or download the GAME App.

Where can I upgrade my Xbox All Access console?

I signed up to Xbox All Access previously, can I upgrade to the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S?

You could be eligible for an upgrade to the next-gen consoles based on certain criteria. Click here to find out more.

What do I need to upgrade?

When we have stock available, make sure you have your serial number to hand from your original console. We require this to check if you’re eligible to send back your console and upgrade.

When can I upgrade?

You can upgrade even if you have not yet made the equivalent of 18* monthly payments required for upgrade provided you return your original Xbox console in good condition. If you purchase an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S with Xbox All Access before meeting the equivalent of 18* monthly payments on your original Xbox All Access purchase, you will need to make payments for both the original Xbox All Access purchase and your new Xbox All Access purchase until the minimum number of payments on your original Xbox All Access purchase have been made.

*Equivalent of 12 monthly payments if you made your original purchase of Xbox One X with Xbox All Access before 31 Dec, 2019

What happens to my old console?

Once you hit 12 months or 18 months from when you purchased your original Xbox All Access console you will receive an email confirming you are now ready to upgrade. This will give you all the information you need to process your upgrade and send your original console back.
