Prepare to embrace your superpowers for the upcoming Square Enix game, Marvel’s Avengers coming out on 4th September 2020. This action-adventure game has been long-awaited when it was first announced 2 years before we got our first look at E3 2019.

What do we know so far?
Let’s recap on what we know so far about this exciting game. Marvel’s Avengers, developed by Crystal Dynamics, is a story-driven third-person action-adventure which allows players to assemble and rebuild the Avengers roster in an original campaign.
Marvel’s Avengers starts off with a bang. Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling the new Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco – along with their experimental energy source. However, the celebrations turn deadly when catastrophic explosions cause devastation.
But the superheroes are not welcome anymore, they are blamed for the attack and the Avengers break up. However, five years later, Kamala Khan uncovers a horrific conspiracy. New Jersey’s teenagers only hope is regrouping the Avengers to stop this deadly and secretive organization before they unleash the great threat on Earth.
The storyline sounds just as impressive as the movies, and the gameplay footage doesn’t disappoint either!
Gameplay Footage
They later released some A-Day gameplay footage where Thor is engaging in some pretty intense combat as he tries to protect the civilians of San Francisco. Master the abilities of the God of Thunder to unleash smooth and seamless combat. But it doesn’t stop there, players then switch to Iron Man, giving you even more powers to master but also a great way for players to really combine all the powers of the Avengers to eliminate the threat.
From what we’ve so far, the game is packing plenty of villains and heroes from the movies. Here is a full list of all the superheroes that we’ve seen in trailers, that you can also expect to either be playable or at least make a cameo:
Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk and Ant-Man. Not to mention, PlayStation revealed that Kamala Khan will be a playable character in this trailer

Will the game be open world?
This game will not be open world, however, you'll be taken across the world to tackle threats, so you'll have plenty to explore and lots of different regions to discover!
Is there a Multiplayer mode?
You can battle solo or online alongside friends in brand-new missions around the globe, so you can all take the role of an Avenger as you defend the world from the threats and enemies. There are customizable options so you can harness the unique powers, make the superheroes your own and work together to protect the world.
When is Marvel's Avengers coming out?
This game will be released on 4th September 2020.
