Gamers who wish to mark the launch of Fable III on Xbox 360 in style are to be given the chance to pick up a special controller inspired by the game.
Microsoft has revealed that it will be bringing the Fable III Limited Edition Wireless Controller for Xbox 360 in October, just in time for the debut of Lionhead's much-anticipated new opus.
The stylish controller is gold-coloured and comes adorned with hand-drawn concept art from the team at Lionhead, which has been tailored to match the gamepad's distinctive contours.
In addition, the controller's packaging includes an Xbox Live token which allows players to download an exclusive tattoo to use on their in-game character.
The news will help to fuel anticipation for the new game, which sees players leading a rebellion to become the ruler of the land of Albion, where they can choose to govern as a benevolent leader or a ruthless tyrant.
It will also feature voice acting from some of the UK's top comedy stars, including John Cleese, Stephen Fry and Simon Pegg.
