Telltale Games' award-winning and emotionally gruelling adventure series The Walking Dead is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this month.
Both seasons of the acclaimed episodic series will be available for the new consoles, either on disc or as a download from October 24th. Season One will also include the additional bonus episode, 400 Days, previously released as downloadable content.
The game is, of course, based on Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard's hugely successful comic book series. That's the same comic that inspired the hit TV show, but the game tells its own story with its own cast of characters.
Another Telltale series, The Wolf Among Us, a murder mystery based on the Vertigo comic book about fairy tale characters living in exile in a rundown New York community, will also come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November.
And the prolific developer won't stop there. It's currently working on adventure game spin-off Tales from the Borderlands, based on Gearbox's loot-dropping RPG shooter, as well as a series based on Game of Thrones. The company has also confirmed that there will be a third season of The Walking Dead.
