Not just an iconic hero- your hero. Master your craft with customizable character progression. Upgrade abilities unique to each hero, trooper class, and starfighter. Use these abilities to adapt and modify your character’s powers, either as lethal active effects on your opponents, helpful status boosts, or tactical assistance, to counter any opponent on the battlefront.

Star Wars Battlefront became one of the most-loved games of 2015. With exceptional graphics and an involving multi-player mode, it was a huge success. Naturally, the time for a sequel has arrived and Battlefront 2 promises more of the intergalactic thrills that fans have come to expect from a video game based on such a popular series. Utilising the incredible specifications of a modern PC gaming set-up, it is no doubt going to be a big hit.
Game studio, DICE, is teaming up with Electronic Arts once again in this instalment of the Battlefront saga. The aim with Battlefront 2 is to include more content from the Star Wars series while introducing a much-needed single player story mode.

A common complaint of the first game was its lack of single player campaign. Thankfully, EA has decided to add this into the new game with a story that takes place between the new sequels and the original trilogy – for the uninitiated that’s between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.

Battlefront 2’s multi-player offering will take players through the entirety of the Star Wars series. With one of the biggest universe’s in all of film, it promises to be a full-on and action-packed game that will please fans and newcomers alike. Characters, locations and battles will all make the transition from film to game in this new instalment.
Players can expect to see Star Wars icons like Yoda, Darth Maul and Kylo Ren with DICE trying to render as many famous characters into the game as possible. Add to this an improvement in the graphics of its predecessor and Battlefront 2 promises to be a standout Star Wars video game.

New to this edition are the inclusion of distinct classes with their own unique abilities. Players will be offered Officer, Specialist, Heavy and Assault and can select one based on their own preferences. To help build teamwork, EA has introduced a spawn wave system that allows groups of up to four gamers re-enter the game together should they be defeated.
Elsewhere, the blue pick-ups of the previous Battlefront have been replaced with a brand-new points system that allows players to spend their accrued points on a selection of content. Items include X-wing fighters or powerful characters from the Star Wars saga.
