Activision has revealed the full rundown of features that will be provided by its new Call of Duty Elite online service.
Gamers who register for free Elite accounts when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 launches this year will be able to create a profile, public groups and clans, share high-definition videos, access official guides and download Call of Duty apps to their phones.
Premium subscribers will get all of this and a range of additional perks, including paid-for access to more than 20 pieces of downloadable content, plus special competitions and specially commissioned episodic videos.
Meanwhile, those who secure Founder status by pre-ordering Modern Warfare 3 will also be able access even more exclusive bonuses, such as member cards, profile skins, extra items and XP boosts.
Call of Duty Elite will be an integral part of Modern Warfare 3 when it hits Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this November.
Gamers can guarantee Founder status and a year's subscription to Elite by picking up the Hardened Edition version of the game.
