Utilising their new Smart Delivery system, Xbox has confirmed that players will be able to get free updated versions of their favourite games on the new Xbox. This will allow you to buy a game once on Xbox, and via a free update, be able to play the same game optimised at no additional cost on the Xbox Series X console.

Xbox is committed to using Smart Delivery and so far has confirmed it will be available for titles such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk 2077 and Gears 5!
