The gift card can be used in full or part payment of any product available in GAME stores in the UK. If you want to top-up the amount on the gift card, simply take the card to any GAME store in the UK and tell a member of staff the monetary value you want to add and pay in the usual way.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase a GAME Gift Card, GAME will send you a physical card to redeem online or in-store.

Terms and Conditions

  • A gift card can be used in full of part payment of any product in GAME stores in the UK. Unfortunately a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase preorder products on GAME.co.uk.
  • The minimum amount needed to activate a gift card is £1 and the maximum value which can be placed on a gift card is £500.
  • When products are purchased using a gift card, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining on a gift card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for other products.
  • Where a gift card holder wishes to buy products with a higher value than the balance on the gift card, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value.
  • The balance on a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers in any format. Where GAME agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a gift card, the amount of the purchase price paid using a gift card will be reimbursed by adding to a gift card. Where GAME agrees to replace a product purchased using a gift card, with a product of lower value, the difference will be reimbursed by being added to a gift card. If you have paid with a physical Gift Card at GAME.co.uk and either you cancel your order or we need to cancel your order we will refund the Gift Card balance as an eGift Voucher, which will be emailed to you.
  • A gift card cannot be used to buy age restricted products unless the purchaser can prove he/she is of at least the relevant age.
  • A gift card will expire and any remaining balance will be removed if the gift card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during a period of 24 consecutive months. Where the balance on a gift card remains zero and there is no top-up or balance enquiry for a period of 180 consecutive days, such gift cards will expire.
  • Please look after the gift card and treat it like cash. WE do not collect and maintain information on the holders of gift cards and therefore, if a gift card is used without the consent of the gift card holder or is lost, damaged or stolen we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the gift card.
  • GAME may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security of regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the gift card scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond GAME's reasonable control. GAME will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the gift card scheme as reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in GAME stores, on the www.game.co.uk website or otherwise.

    Small Print

    • Working Days are Monday to Friday. This excludes public holidays/bank holidays and weekends.

     

    • Order up to 7pm for next day delivery Sunday to Friday for standard stock lines.

     

    • Standard orders placed after 7pm Friday to 7pm Sunday will be dispatched Sunday.

     

    • Whilst we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, there may be factors outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.

     

    • Digital purchases are excluded from the total order value for tracked courier services.

     

    **Remote Area Delivery Times

     

    • Deliveries including Pre-orders to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations (such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may take longer to reach you.

     

    *** Orders for Items which require Specialist Delivery will follow the below process:

     

    a) Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

    b) Arrow XL will contact you, using the details provided when you placed the order, to book a slot for the delivery of your item.

    c) You will be advised 2 days ahead of your delivery date of the delivery time slot.

    d) On the day of delivery, the crew will call you 30 mins ahead of their expected arrival.

    e) Claims for damage in transit for Specialist Delivery items will need to be reported to Customer Service within 5 working days.
