What devices can I download on?
The GAME App is free to download on iOS and Android. Simply search “GAME Reward App” on your app store and enjoy more gaming news and offers.

How do I sign up to a GAME Reward Account in the app?
Once downloaded, click the Reward card icon at the top of the app to sign up/log in. Simply use your online account to sign in. If this is your first time creating an online GAME account hit the register button and choose your log in preference. Follow the account set up and you are ready to go!

I previously set up a GAME Reward card, is this the same as a GAME Reward Account?
If you already have a Reward card from our stores this does not mean you have an account, only a Reward account. To link your Reward card to a GAME account, follow the registration steps in the app or at game.co.uk and during registration under the GAME Reward section, change the button from 'create new Reward Card' to 'Link an existing Reward account' and then enter the 13-digit Reward number from your Reward card.

Where can I find my Reward number?
You can find your Reward number on the back of your Reward card. No longer have access to the card? No problem! Simply pop into one of our stores and ask a member of the team for your Reward number. Can’t get to a store? Contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

I have more than 1 account. What do I do?
Visit your local GAME Store or contact customer service who will be able to identify your associated Reward accounts and merge the accounts together. This means all your points in one place!
