Rebuilt for a new generation, the new Kinect has been designed alongside the console to push the boundaries of what Xbox One can do.
Kinect will let you control the Xbox One like never before, starting with the words "Xbox On" to turn your console on, while the improved vision and motion technology logs you in. The 1080p HD camera captures video at a speed and precision never before thought possible, allowing it to work in almost any lighting conditions and in a greater variety of room sizes. The sound is more precise too, with the new microphone able to filter out background noise and recognise individual voices.
Not only will this allow you to use the Kinect to control your games with more responsive, motion controls, you can also navigate through your favourite TV shows or snap from app to app with just the sound of your voice.

At first glance, not much has changed. But get hands on with the new Xbox One controller and you'll feel the difference that comes from over 40 innovations and improvements.
Just a few differences in the layout of the controller make it more comfortable and easier to use even on the longest gaming sessions! The thumbsticks are smaller and more precise, while the new D-pad offers greater responsiveness and control.
The new impulse triggers offer increased precision too and even deliver fingertip vibrations, making it ideal for shooter fans. The Xbox One controller even works with Kinect thanks to an infrared LED on the front of the controller, meaning it's even easier to just pick up and play.
