I pre-ordered some things over a month ago and they were due for delivery about 1 month ago.
i emailed as they hadn't turned up and got an automated reply saying they would get back within 48 hours...
so the next day i get an automated maessage saying i need to allow up to 10 days ! Even though they should have been with me following the release date.
I proceeded to remail after 10 days then 20 but was still just fetting automated messages.
They have now taken payment even though they already took patment last month!
and i STILL have no products!.
Typical Game.co.uk Customer Services, poor, poor, poor. Cancel order and proceed for charge back before the administrators wind this company up.
