Capcom has announced that its 2013 reboot of the Devil May Cry series is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One early next year.
DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition will include the full game, remastered in 1080p resolution and moving at a super silky 60fps. Also part of the bundle will be all the available DLC, including costume and weapons packs, the Bloody Palace survival mode and campaign add-on, Vergil's Downfall. Bonus character Vergil will also be playable in the Bloody Palace.
The Definitive Edition will also feature brand new modes and additional gameplay features. Those will include something called Gods Must Die, Must Style Mode, Turbo Mode and a new Hardcore Mode. The game will also feature a manual combat lock-on.
DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition will be out on 17 March 2015 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Sneakily tagged on the end of the DmC Definitive Edition trailer was the announcement that Capcom is also preparing a Special Edition of the much loved Devil May Cry 4 for the same consoles. That game will be download only, so don't forget to top up your PSN or Xbox Live account wallets.
