Sackboy will be back(boy) on November 18th, Sony has announced. At least, that's the case for gamers in the US. Here's hoping the European release date isn't far behind.
LittleBigPlanet 3 will be compatible with all the costumes, DLC and user-created levels from both the previous games but also adds loads of new stuff. Not least, three new playable characters. Oddsock is a dog puppet who runs fast and can wall-jump. Swoop is a bird, able to fly around levels and pick up objects and characters. Big Toggle, meanwhile, can use his weight to push down platforms and pressure plates, but can also transform into Little Toggle who is tiny, and can fit through small gaps and float on water.
LittleBigPlanet 3 sees development pass from creator Media Molecule, which has been busy with Vita delight Tearaway, and over to Sheffield's Sumo Digital.
The game will be out for PlayStation 4, hopefully in the same late November slot as the USA.
