If you're already dying your mohawk green in anticipation of Saints Row IV, the craziest entry in the bonkers openworld saga yet, then you may want to consider the just-announced season pass for the game.
Priced at a very reasonable £7.99, the pass includes Enter the Dominatrix, an all-new suite of saucy side missions, as well as one other story-based mission pack, the title and content of which are to be revealed later in the year. That's a saving of around 25% on buying them separately.
You'll also gain access to a bonus weapon called the Rectifier. This alien probe is designed to explore private crevices of your enemies usually best left to trained medical professionals, and was deemed so offensive that the Australian ratings board refused to classify the game while such grubby japes were included. Presumably, making the weapon downloadable is developer Volition's way of swerving around that censorship.
Saints Row IV finds the notorious Third Street Saints gang elected to the presidency of the United States, just as an alien invasion breaks out. You probably won't be seeing anything like that in that other open-world crime game this year.
Saints Row IV is out on August 20th for PC, with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions following on the 23rd.
