Batman: Arkham City PC release date confirmed
The PC release date for the highly-anticipated Batman: Arkham City has been announced by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment.
Set to hit UK stores on November 25th 2011, the game draws on the rich history of the Batman universe to provide players with classic characters, involving storylines and plenty of villainous foes to take down as the Caped Crusader.
Released on consoles last month, the title went straight to the top of the UK all-formats chart, marking the fourth biggest launch of the year so far.
The only games to have higher sales in the week of their release in 2011 have been FIFA 12, Gears of War 3 and LA Noire.
In addition to its commercial success, Rocksteady Games' new adventure has received critical adulation to match the reception of its predecessor Batman: Arkham Asylum.
The game world of Arkham City is five times larger that of Arkham Asylum, while players will be able to utilise plenty of new abilities from the Dark Knight's arsenal of gadgets and tools.
