Yoga: The First 100% Experience

International top model Anja Rubik guides you through the game and act as your personal trainer and motivator.

Yoga for Wii encourages the player to improve their own state of health and well-being. The game supports a wide range of yoga exercises, some of which can use the Balance Board to provide the player with feedback.

Yoga for Wii helps to provide more body awareness and relaxation through:

  • Tips and videos to yoga and yoga poses by Anja Rubik
  • Predefined sets of yoga exercise routines.
  • A wide range of yoga positions and the ability to use the Wii Balance Board with many of them to ensure that they are being carried our correctly.

Yoga: The First 100% Experience
The captions cover the character demonstrating the assana so alot are impossible to follow. The assanas are demonstrated by animated characters instead of real people and some of their movements were unrealistic. Some poses are OK with balance board but many mean that, for example, with your head on your knees, you cannot see the balance logo. It might need some verbal feedback telling you if there is too much or too little pressure in any area. All-in-all, unusable.

Yoga: The First 100% Experience
Awful game. It appears to be a yoga experience, but the moves are slow and not spoken to you so you yhave to keep looking at the screen. It takes you through a yoga house type thing but shows no counter poses and no syncronisation of moves. You can do certain routines for certain ailments. Not what I expected, on the trade in pile I'm afraid!
