Experience a spectacular, epic-scale original adventure in Thor's first standalone game as he battles through numerous worlds of Norse mythology to overcome monstrous foes lifted from the pages of the comics. Wield Mjölnir, Thor's legendary hammer, to fight enemies on an immense scale while controlling the elemental storm powers of lightning, thunder and wind to vanquish foes. Battle against legendary enemies including Ulik, Ymir and Surtur in conflicts that span realms ranging from primal worlds of fire and ice to extraordinary planets inhabited by Frost Giants, Trolls, and other monstrous denizens.

Captain America and Thor headed for the 3DS
Comic book fans rejoice - SEGA has announced that its Captain America and Thor movie tie-ins will launch on Nintendo's shiny new 3DS handheld.
SEGA revealed the news in a tweet - thanks, Eurogamer - and confirmed that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of both superhero games will allow you to play in 3D - presumably if you have the right telly.
Thor will be busting into game stores with his huge hammer on 29th April, just as the movie hits cinemas around the UK. The game's been written by Matt Fraction, who pens the comics, and Chris Hemsworth will be playing Thor in both the film and the game.
As for Captain America: Super Soldier, the game's marked down for a summer release. It's a very pretty third-person action game in which you use your shield to knock baddies around.
With Batman: Arkham City arriving on 21st October for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, these are very good days for comic book fans, regardless of whether you're a Marvel or a DC sort of person. We'll keep you posted as soon as we hear anything more about men in tights and capes.
