Saw 2: Flesh & Blood Product Details

Released on 22/10/2010

Step into the dark and tormented world of SAW II and experience the gruesome traps that Jigsaw has created to test your will to survive. With newly implemented puzzles and combat system, players will need to think fast and react to pass the rigors of the tests Jigsaw has engineered. Set between the SAW and SAW II movies, the game follows Detective Tapp’s estranged son Michael, who becomes Jigsaw’s next subject while he is investigating father’s recent death.

Features:

  • Gruesome Mechanical Traps – Jigsaw has devised a new series of traps that will force you to make life or death decisions as you witness the machines destroy others and yourself
  • Challenging Puzzles – A new set of puzzles will test your wits as you work quickly to advance through Jigsaw’s game
  • New Combat System – The visceral fighting mechanic requires precise timing to defend yourself from aggressive minions
  • Unique Horror Experience – With a blend of intense combat, mind-bending puzzles, and a twisted storyline, players will face horror and terror that only SAW can deliver
  • Konami's Saw II: Flesh & Blood has been given a US release date of 19th October, suggesting Blighty can expect the game to touch down on these shores at some point in October, too.

The game's being released alongside the latest horror movie in the franchise, Saw VII 3D. According to Eurogamer, the game is all about thinking quickly under pressure, and offers new traps and puzzles, ?more visceral combat? and a plot that fits in between the first and the second movies.

Expect gruesome action, gooey mayhem and tricky gameplay, then. If you're of a sensitive nature - we certainly are - you might also want someone to sit next to you on the sofa when you play, so that you don't get scared.

Konami's bringing Saw II to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and even if you aren't a fan of the films, this is looking like a game to keep an eye on. After all, you never know what it will get up to if you let it out of your sight. Spooky.

Think to survive.
I really enjoyed this game although there was some sticky part that were like '' come on!!!''. If you want to play this game be prepared for some heart raising. some bits are scary. I liked the feeling that you have to watch your steps . Remember look for clues everywhere. The small videos and the puzzle games are awesome. I liked this game on its full potential and really hope there will be a 3rd part. Although I hope they're going to improve bit movements and camera :) I think this game is suitable for strategy and macabre lovers . It's worth to try it you wont regret it.

Saw 2: Flesh & Blood
I enjoyed the first game so when I heard the news of a second I knew it was a must buy. They have improved alot of the problems with the first game, mostly the combat and enviroments. The traps are great, plenty of collectables to dive deeper in the SAW universe and the the is fairly long for a game of a low budget (10-12 hours) the puzzles do get repetative towards the end and some frustrating gameplay issues( Bullish man) prevents this game from being a fantastic game.Great atosphere and story 8/10

If you like the films, you'll like this.
This game had the potential to be totally mind blowing but sadly it was just below par. The puzzles are like something you'd find in a kid's game and don't add anything to the game play unlike fellow "Survival horrors" Resident Evil and Silent Hill. If you like the Saw films you may get some satisfaction out of the creative traps you come across. However, the fighting concept is a lot better than the first one, it actually resembles a fight, unlike the first one where you just flailed around and hoped for the best. Though saying that the whole fighting aspect seems to be pushed in to fill out the game a little more. As a gamer I'd say it's average. As a Saw fan I'd say it's rather good just because it's Saw.

Great for saw fans, bad for everyone else
Even saw fans will agree the game is very lackluster but its fun for us nevertheless as your able to place yourself in the world of saw and see jigsaws infamous traps. However, this is a terrible horror game and for anyone not a fan of saw i couldnt see a single way you would enjot it
