The most difficult game I have ever played!!! (Opinion)
Hey guys, so yeah I purchased Rayman 3D yesterday afternoon and started to play it just before the evening....I managed to complete the whole game by the day after in the evening...So I basically completed it in under 2 days. Now enough of that, back to the review. I totally under estimated this game and thought it would be kinda easy...I was SO wrong! It has got to be the most challenging game I have ever played. I actually got annoyed at times when I couldn't complete a certain part of the game but eventually I got through it. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a good challenge to defiantly go for this. If you are the type to get bored and fed up of trying AGAIN and AGAIN, then don't get it. I personally enjoyed it and it felt rewarding at the end but I can be sure that I will not feel like playing it on story mode ever again hahaha. But yes, very nice the way the 3D is shown off.

For nostalgia's sake
Doesn't live up to modern platformer game standards, but still nice to replay a game from your childhood. Only worth buying if you enjoyed playing it in the past.

Still no improvements...
After all the re-releases, "upgrades" and supposed improvments, the game is still not much better than the original PS1 game released 16 years ago. The graphics are a bit better, and the 3D works quite well (not eye popping but good enough). The camera sucks, and many times you will become frustrated trying to look around. This is where a second analogue stick would've really helped on the 3DS. Its not a bad game at all, its just that if you have played one of the many MANY re-releases of Rayman, then you really dont need to play this one.
