Whilst this cable works a treat, it should be noted that the three-plug av cable (composite) doesn't work with gameplay as gameplay output requires a component cable and progressive scan tv.

this cable is only for output umd movie and can't be used to output gameplay. since gameplay require you to have atleast tv with component input to display in progressive mode.
for user with homebrew-enable-psp there is plug-in that help you output gameplay through this cable.
