In My Fitness Coach, meet Maya, your virtual personal trainer, in an accessible, convenient and intense fitness program that will help you reach your fitness objectives.

Build your profile, establish your goals and work out a planning you can commit to. Maya will then guide you through dynamic workouts featuring over 500 unique exercises to ensure no two workouts are the same. Choose your music, your mood, your focus and Maya will take care of the rest.

Maya provides you fitness advice and motivational pep talks during workouts that help keep you moving and on the way to your fitness goals.

Please Note: My Fitness Coach is not compatible with the Wii Balance Board.

My Fitness Coach for Nintendo Wii Features:

  • Evaluate your current fitness level in order to determine your baseline fitness.
  • Fitness goals and workout calendar: Weight loss, upper body strength, lower body strength, core body strength, cardio fitness, or flexibility: choose your fitness objectives and a schedule for your workouts (length of your program, frequency, etc)
  • Training sessions with over 500 unique exercises featuring Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Cardio fitness, Strength Training, Flexibility, and Weight Loss Routine.
  • Tutorials: during the workout you can stop the action and watch a model demonstrate exactly how a move is done correctly. Each tutorial includes a choice of view speeds and camera angles to give you the best instructional view.
  • Track your progress: see your success tracked and displayed graphically as you work out. Maya will takes you through a similar evaluation after every 10th workout to measure your progress (e.g. push-ups, squats, crunches, etc.)
  • Settings: 9 different workout environments and 4 types of music (Hip Hop, 80’s, Latin and Dance).
  • Meditation garden: the perfect place to practice stretching, Yoga and complete relaxation.
  • Workout equipment: compatible with your own equipment: you can even incorporate it into your workouts!

My Fitness Coach
You don't do this cos it's fun - you do it to get fit. When I do it 5 times a week I really notice the difference - I lost a dress size when I first started and when ever I stop I gain it again. I'd be too embarrassed to go to a proper gym - this works cos you can swear at her when she makes pseudo encouraging comments which i'm sure would get you chucked out of a normal gym. If they could do one which uses the board it would be better though.

My Fitness Coach
I am very impressed with this as it's a great workout. I have been using the Wii fit for the last 3 weeks and my Husband can already see an improvement in my shape and fitness levels. I decided to get this one to step up my exercises and so far it's great!! I started with the Yoga which is more intense than the Yoga on Wii fit and I got quite a sweat on. If you are like me and a bit of a Couch Potato then I recommend you start with the Wii fit and progress to this one but be warned that your muscles will ache but persevere and after a few days the aching will stop.

I am very impressed so far. You can choose what environment you want to work out in and Maya asks you how well you are doing. You can choose how much time you want to train each day or if you want to rest somedays. I have only tried the cardio so far but it is money well spent and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get fit.

My Fitness Coach
I had a go on this last night and found it really useful and has really motivated me to get fit, i had to fill in details such as height, weight, and measurements and the ideal weight i want to reach, then did a fitness test and it told me where it thinks i should work on, it told me my top half, which is what i want to work on! Very good so far and am now going to continue the schedule they planned for me which is 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day :S !! as for the person who left the review complaning it took them half an hour to set up, the game states that you will have to set aside 30 minutes to set it up and as for aching thats the whole point, you've just done a workout!!!! Overall ths game is a really good fitness program and wayyyy better than the gym!

My Fitness Coach
The exercises on this game are more challenging than on Wii Fit. I find this a good companion to Wii Fit, however sometimes it gets a bit boring, and it takes forever to unlock new things.
