Our prices are intended to be competitive in respect to other websites selling a similar product range.
Every week we compare our top chart titles against other websites to ensure we continue to bring you great prices. For this reason there may be differences between prices on this site to those in our store chain, where the strategy is to price competitively in the local market. In instances where our online price is lower than in one of our stores, that store is not able to match the online price.
All prices shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the current UK rate (No GB 133 1661 43).
You are responsible for claiming back any VAT that you feel is due to you from your local tax or customs office. Please contact our Customer Service team if you require a VAT receipt.
All preorders placed on a product will be supplied at the price ordered at the time, or the price as it stands when we begin to process your order - whichever is the lowest. The only exception to this is where the product has changed from the original description given e.g. it now includes a special controller. We usually begin to process orders a couple of days prior to delivery, but can be earlier if this is required to get your order to you for release day.
The availability and anticipated delivery lead time of an item will be clearly displayed to you when at the checkout confirmation stage of a transaction.

You'll notice on GAME.co.uk we display PEGI ratings. PEGI stands for Pan-European Games Information and became the legal classification for video games on 30th July 2012, rated by the Video Standards Council (VSC).
PEGI age ratings indicate what age you need to be to understand how to play the game (so a game like Civilization for example, which is probably suitable content-wise for anyone, wouldn't be recommended for a 7-year old simply because of the depth of the game).
PEGI ratings also warn of the type of content in a game - for example sexual content, violence or bad language.
GAME also displays BBFC ratings, as the BBFC are still responsible for rating non-game material that appear on game discs, like trailers and featurettes. Any product with a BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) rating will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, but having an account gives you extra benefits: you'll be able to check the status of your order and we'll save your details so you won't have to enter them every time you place an order, making the process quicker and easier. When will my order get despatched?
Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day unless it is a Bank Holiday. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

Once you have set up an account you will benefit from the Express Checkout service; through setting up and saving your regular details, we let you quickly and simply select, or change them, as you complete your purchase. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, to submit your cancellation request, please Contact Us quoting your order number.
You may also cancel an order in the My Orders section of the site if you have an Account.
Please note: Once an order has been despatched to you it cannot be cancelled. It can however still be returned to us within 28 days of the date of despatch for a refund / exchange if the seal remains unbroken.
