Free GAME UK Delivery means you won't pay a penny for any orders within the UK that are fulfilled by GAME!

To qualify for Free GAME UK Delivery your order must be shipped to a delivery address within the UK. Make sure "UK Free Delivery - 2 to 3 business days" is selected in the delivery option menu in the Checkout.

All orders fulfilled by GAME and being delivered within the UK qualify for Free GAME UK Delivery.

If you are having your order shipped outside of the UK it will not qualify for Free GAME Delivery.

International customers please be aware that we will be unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our 28 Day Returns policy.

Product Availability and Despatch Times
Availability of a product is based on the following criteria which is indicated to you at the checkout confirmation stage of a transaction. If a product is not available to purchase or order, the buy button will not allow you to add the item to your shopping basket.

Immediate - This means that the item is in stock in our distribution centre and can be despatched to you right away via your chosen method of shipping. So, for example, Royal Mail First Class deliveries ought to be made within 2-3 days of placing your order.

Despatched in 2-3 Working Days - This means that the item will take 2-3 days to leave our distribution centre, after which the normal delivery timelines apply. So, for example, Royal Mail 2nd Class deliveries ought to be made within 5-7 days of placing your order.

Out of Stock - The product is not currently available and we are unable to confirm when/if we will obtain further supplies at the present time.

Preorder - We will ship your preordered item to you prior to release (subject to availability) via your chosen method of shipping. The vast majority of preorders arrive for the day of release. However we cannot guarantee delivery by release date for standard Royal Mail deliveries, because Royal Mail cannot make this guarantee. Please note that International orders will take longer to be delivered. Please note that release dates are subject to change.

NB - Please note that all of our orders, including orders for download products, are subject to authorisation checks by our accounts team before being processed. This may therefore delay the despatch of your order or sending of your download code until the next working day.

Order tracking

When you complete an order at GAME.co.uk, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which amongst other things presents an Order Number. This can be used to check on the progress of your order up until it is despatched.

You can also find this number on your Order History page. You can navigate here via your Account Admin under the heading 'Your Orders'. This will only work if you were logged into your account when you placed your order.

To find out if your order has been despatched, visit the Order Tracking page and input your Order Number.

Orders not received

Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below:

1. Have you checked on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system?
2. Has it been 10 working days, not including Sundays (or 45 days for international orders) since your order was despatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
3.Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you? To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn't arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.

Special Deliveries
Orders shipped via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.
