Inazuma Eleven 2: Blizzard on the Nintendo 3DS, follows the journey of teenage goalkeeper and team captain Mark Evans, and carries directly on from the ending of the first game Inazuma Eleven. After winning the football tournament at the end of the previous game, the school is suddenly attacked by mysterious aliens! Mark and the rest of his team, the Raimon Eleven, must now travel all around Japan to find the strongest football players in order to defeat the aliens in a football match before they destroy the world.

    Originally released in Japan back in 2009, Inazuma Eleven 2 for Nintendo DS will launch in two separate versions: Inazuma Eleven 2: Firestorm and Inazuma Eleven 2: Blizzard, both of which include their own exclusive characters and content.

    In the latest chapter of the anime-inspired story, teenage goalkeeper Mark Evans and his Raimon Eleven teammates find themselves playing against a squad of aliens who are threatening to destroy the world with their deadly football skills.

    To combat this bizarre and terrifying threat, gamers will need to recruit a team from a total roster of around 1,500 players, each with their own attributes and special moves.

    Some players can only be obtained by trading between versions, while fans can also put their teams to the test against their friends via four-player wireless multiplayer matches.

    The Inazuma Eleven series is developed by Level-5, a studio well known to Nintendo DS owners for their work on the bestselling Professor Layton games.
