Customizable Buttons

Two removable side button panels give you options for different hand sizes or preferences, and all seven buttons are programmable - store up to five profiles in mouse memory.

High Speed Sensitivity Switching

Adjust mouse sensitivity on the fly - up to 2000 DPI - for controlled sensitivity. The default is 800 DPI but is adjustable from 400, 800, 1600 to 2000 DPI with the toggle buttons.

High-speed motion detection

I instantly noticed a huge difference from your standard mouse with the Habu. The cursor just shot across the screen at the speed of light! I have to say this mouse is excellent. It maintains the ergonomic design of Microsoft's range but internally it has Razer's hardcore gaming hardware. The mouse is 2000DPI and has a polling rate of 1000MHz (1ms) so it has absolutely no lag and is ultra accurate. If the mouse is just too sensitive for you you can select a lower DPI with the buttons above the scroller. It is a plug and play mouse and only works as USB so you won't be able to use a PS/2 adapter. You have to install the drivers to fully utilise it's features. The mouse features Razer Synapse which stores the profiles on it's 32K internal memory should you wish to use it on another pc. This mouse is phenominal on FPS games because of it's On the Fly Switching. If your using a sniper rifle you set the DPI low for accuracy and when you switch to a pistol for instance you switch it back up

Great, absoloutly love it. You can easily switch between DPI settings which helps alot in FPSs. You could have it on high sensitivity for your pistol or somethign, then switch to your sniper rifle, pull your scope on, and wind down the DPI on the mouse so you have a slow moving scope, for ultra-precision. DPI ranges from 400-2000!

Quite a large mouse so not suitable for those with smaller hands. The extra buttons come with two clip on styles to suit your hand position and are quite well placed. The mouse lights up all around it and through the wheel and looks the part on your desk. It is very sensitive and will take a while to get used to.Minus ponts though. The cable on mine soon failed after purchase and this is a common fault with thses mice. The BIOS upgrade was very tricky to do and was not possible with the software availible, I had to hack mine to make the update so it would remember the actually pointless profiles. I have since swapped to a Diamondback, much smaller mouse and nicer to use.
