Does what it's meant to.
The Gameware Multi-Charger is basically a 3 in one charger for your handheld consoles.
The charger will work with your DS, 3DS/3DS XL and PSP, from after using it for a bit the charger seems to do what it's meant to quite nicely but I noticed that charging takes a while and battery life tends to run out take fast, I'm not sure if this is the 3DS XL or the charger itself but I'll be buying one of Nintendo's official 3DS chargers to test this soon in the future.
For the price I guess it doesn't hurt to make the investment to buy one.
