    UFC 2010 Undisputed - Review

However, sales of the game were sufficient to not only inspire this sequel, UFC 2010 Undisputed, but also to turn the opinion of EA the giant publisher who had previously turned down the UFC's offer to make an MMA title.

    DiRT 3 - Review

What better than driving fast? How about driving fast, mere inches away from pine trees and cliff edges, in a stripped down car that's been built for just that very purpose? That? the special thrill that Codemasters has made its own in video games, ever since the Colin McRae games on the PSone. As well as being the latest in that long line of titles, DiRT 3 could also lay claim to being one of the very best.

    Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception Review

Gamersexpectations for the sequel to 2009 multiple Game of the Year award-winner Uncharted 2 are understandably sky-high, so it pleasing to report that the latest entry in PS3 flagship action adventure series often manages to stack up to and - on occasion - exceed the genre leading quality bar set by its predecessor.

    Fight Night Champion - Review

Fight Night Champion is the latest evolution in boxing simulations. But rather than enter the ring with a cocky look of self-assurance, it defends its title with the tenacity of a seasoned veteran. The punching animations look slicker, the ebb and flow of combat is more convincing and the principles of the sport it represents are more naturally realised with a focus on believable stamina and full-body movement.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon - Review

Eighties nostalgia is big business, but you've never seen a game that so perfectly captures that decade like Ubisoft's bizarre shooter spin-off Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. This digital download is gaudy, foul-mouthed and over the top

Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Review

This sequel has the whole Hawaiian island of Oahu - all 1500 square kilometres of it - that featured in the first game. But you start out on the notorious party paradise of Ibiza, an entire second island that's a bit more compact but just as scenic, with the same wonderful combination of city streets, freeways, coastal highways and twisting mountain lanes. It's two drivers' paradises for the price of one, then, and once again you get to spend your time there playing through a huge single-player racing campaign, buying clothes and houses for your avatar, nosing around luxury cars in dealerships, racing and socialising with other players or just exploring and enjoying the open road.

    Sleeping Dogs - Review

Most open world games see you playing as either a cop or a criminal, but refreshingly Sleeping Dogs lets you do both. You take on the role of Wei Shen, a hardboiled cop who grew up in Hong Kong, trained to become a police officer in the US, and has now returned to his birthplace to rid the bustling, neon-lit streets of crime.
