Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey is the 18th instalment in the main Atelier series (which began in 1997), and is the sequel to the Mysterious sub-series – taking place after the events of Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book. For example in cold domains she has her Winter Coat and for the harsh heat she has her Summer Clothes, both offering protection to the extreme weather conditions. All new Synthesis system, allowing for bigger objects to be created such as Bridges and Boats, opening up new areas to explore! Updated Battle system featuring a new turn-based system, chain mode and the ability to use Sub-Weapons within battle which is a first in the Atelier series.
