Scribblenauts Unlimited is the biggest Scribblenauts game yet! For the first time in the series, the puzzles in Scribblenauts Unlimited form part of a larger, over-arching world offering hours of gameplay. The creators at 5th Cell have devised over 40 levels, over 50 Starites and 500 Starite shards to collect, as well as special challenges like mini-games and mini-levels with multiple puzzles to solve. But don't worry – the new Merit Board offers you a comprehensive list of hints and tips, including the new “Starite Vision” helper highlighting all nearby starites and starite shards.

All these puzzles are part of a larger story, too – another first for the Scribblenauts franchise. Learn the secret backstory of lead character Maxwell and the magic notebook that his parents have given him. When he uses his notebook to mock an old man, the old man places a curse on Maxwell's sister Lily, slowly turning her to stone. Only by collecting enough Starites can Maxwell break the curse.

Fortunately, there's virtually no limit to what Maxwell can create as long as you can imagine it!
The series' classic gameplay has been upgraded so to add all kinds of extras to your creations. If a Spotty Dog is not enough, then a Spotty Dog With Wheels That Can Shoot Lasers is now yours to create. Customise your objects further with scaling and colouring, and you can save your creations in the new in Maxwell’s “magic backpack” and easily access them when you need them later. You can even share them with your friends online, too.

The Wii U offers even more fun in Scribblenauts Unlimted. As well as stunning HD graphics, a new multiplayer mode lets a second player join the fun with a Wii remote, taking control of any object in the game to help with the puzzle solving. Plus, Wii U also brings along some of Nintendo's top characters, with stars from Super Mario Bros and The Legend of Zelda turning up, too!
