a very bad game.it is only in high definition tv and the the font size is too small

really ogd game when it came out on the Amiga but this version reall really let it down. the programmers somewhere scrwed up BIG time and for that they should be shot. joking. But seriously they messed up and i rate this game maybe a 3 out of 10 just for the sake of the original.

worst game ever for the 360, avoid at all cost no matter how tempting it may sound
all you do is build a crummy dull lifeless city and watch your trains going around and around doing nothing it is sooo soooo boring you may as well save your money then go out and buy a hornby train set which is 10x more fun.

I played A-Train when it first came out on the Amiga many years ago and was pleased to see that it was getting a release in English about 2 years after it came out in Japan.
Unfortunatly I think it was a case of nostaliga when I remembered how the game played. Either that or the programmers have totally messed things up. The main aim of the game is to make money to complete the level & you would have thought that with the game being called A-Train that you make money by running trains. If you think that then how wrong you are. Trains make a very small amount of money compared to what can be made from various subsidary buildings you can build in the towns. And its not the kind of buildings you would expect to make money for you, I found the biggest earner for me was a shrine!! Also there is a stock exchange that fluctuates so often you can buy shares and sell them for a 400% profit within minutes.
The game is ruined by the faults above & because of that I rate it 2 out of
