If your a SBK fan get this game, well worth £30, i had moto gp 07 and that was ok, but sbk-08 is brilliant. this game is brilliant because of the graphics and the rider movements each rider moves differently. one little problem is that there are a couple of tracks missing and a couple of riders, but overall i say 10/10.

This is quite honestly the best game I have played in years. Ok, it has a fair few graphical flaws and is not particularly well polished. But, with the settings set to simulation, the player is totally absorbed in controlling the bike. The awesome game physics provide a steep learning curve that is so immersive, small details just don't seem to matter. Blackbean games obviously know there bikes and after the complete waste of time that was Moto gp, it's nice to see a developer catering for a smaller minority that are prepared to put time in rather than for the masses that can't be bothered to learn. The result is a game that really makes you feel like you have achieved something, even if it's just a clean lap. Highly reccomended for those with a little patience.

This is a good game. Not 5/5. But a good solid racer. Being a Moto GP & SBK fan, I'd naturally buy it. I think the game has many improements over the GP series, from AI crashes, yellow flags, pit lane drive through to Superpoles.

The game has solid game play, which is realistic and enjoyable. Hitting an apex on a corner is finally important! You get classic tracks like Monza and Donnington that are very realistic. The racing is realistic, while hitting the corners and getting on the racing line is important. It's real cool having the back tyre in the air with flames coming out your exhaugst as you turn.

The game does have problems though. The most obvious is the loading screens. They can be slow and pop up frequently. Also, the game can feel empty with the lack of real crowds, pit lane people or commentating. You can feel like you're alone racing 20 robots sometimes.

4 / 5. Essentual for any racing or bike fan. Hopefully an 09 game can improve the naggling faults.

The Best Motorbike Racing Game for the Xbox 360 to date and much better than Moto GP 07! If you were one of the people dissapointed in the A.I in Moto GP 07i know i was then ditch it and get this you will not be dissapointed! The Rider can get hurt the Bike takes Damage the Tracks look Awesome and so do the Bikes and the game was tested and helped to be put together by Troy Bayliss what more could you want!

Having never played a SBK game before I was looking forward to doing so. Unfortunately this game is solely focussed on bike and rider physics. The rest of the game has some sort of abstraction layer on it that makes the player feel totally removed from everything else in the game. There isn't much in the way of music to entertain whilst navigating the confusing menu structure in championship mode, or any other mode for that matter. There seems to be no real feeling of accomplishment either as races finish and move directly onto the next with no podium presentation etc. The replays continuously cut in and out as it shows you various passing manoeuvres from other riders. This makes the whole replay experience a frustrating series of clips, testing anyone with more than a five second attention span. The whole game is devoid of any atmosphere but the actual racing itself feels responsive and is very good. The game gives a feeling of being rushed out of the door by peer pressure, shame.
