SummaryProduct Details

Acclaimed action director John Woo presents Stranglehold, a stunning 3rd-person action adventure videogame for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. A “spiritual sequel” to Woo’s action masterpiece, “Hard Boiled,” Stranglehold redefines the action gaming experience with its acrobatic gunplay, thrilling cinematography, frenetic combat and incredible Massive Destructibility (Massive D). Chow Yun-Fat reprises his signature role as Inspector Tequila, pitting gamers as a take no-prisoners cop waging a personal war with Hong Kong crime lords. Tequila’s loyalties to the force are tested when his ex-wife is kidnapped by the Russian mob in Chicago. Tequila struggles to balance his duty to uphold the law with doing what it takes to save his family.

Stranglehold is an amazing game for the cheap price that it is. With the Tequila Time right down to the Diving around it is a fun game to play! I can only say that they needed to add a different element to the game to make it a bit better. This is a must have for the price! Also for those who arent alowed 18's I can't personally see why it is an 18 and it should be a 15 or 16.

can i start by saying this game does not disapoint! the story line is great and dosn't get boring no matter how many times you play it but sadly the online play isn't very good, i love this game and all my friends do too, and for that price how can you go wrong?

This game was very fun to play, not the longest game ever and the multiplayer wasn't very good but the story mode was great and fun. The features in the game were very clever and it wasn't really easy. 4/5.

Great game, absolutely loved it. Although it is relatively short, having around 7 missions, they are long missions where the maps and scenery is different every time and looks nice. The enemies are not stupid at all, which they are in some games, and the graphics are brilliant, better than Call of Duty World at War's. However the online is pretty empty - I only found 3 people playing in the games I joined, and from what I played it wasn't at all that good, but the story does make up for that. Also being only £4.99 used it is one of the cheapest games available at GAME now, as well as being one of the best for the price. You must buy this game! 8/10
