Being a huge fan of the Dynasty Warriors series I was very impressed. For fans, the story is very easy to get into and the gameplay is unchanged but for new people I'd recommend playing the earlier games for a gentle introduction. I was disappointed by the fact there are 49 characters but only 17 have musou modes. Don't let that put you off though, it's still brilliant. I've heard complaints from people that it's too complex and even on easy mode it's hard but it really isn't. It just requires a bit of strategy and skill to play properly. I'd say it's better than most of the others so pick it up. It might just surprise you.

This game is very good. All DW fans will love it as its not to hard to understand. New people shall find it very hard to get used to but should over time. Acouple problems could be its not extremly different to any other DW and you could be better of buying a old cheaper one or waiting for the price of this to go down. online/multiplayer problems means a measly 5.5/10

This game is not particularly brilliant. It's very hard to understand, is too different from the other predesessing games, you can barely find yourself on the mini-map in gameplay as the green arrow is far too small, the range of attacks one can use seems alot more limited than of other games before it, easy mode on Mousou Mode is far too diffucult for its namesake, you can't create your own warrior, you could effectively attack forever as the player never stops for 'breath' if you continuously press the 'A' button deeming it more unrealistic than it already is, in easy mode you usually get killed as you have about 6 head warrior people (forget proper term) on you at once, you can swin which goes against traditional Dynasty Warriors, there are far too many enemies which makes it very confusing and the 'jump-triangle' attack is rubbish and barely useful with every warrior i've tried....

This Game is amazing the best one in the series and there is a big difference between DW5 and DW6 as you can do alot more stuff on it e.g climb, swim and another great thing is seige weapons. Oh and the weapons are alot better look proper realistic. 10/10!!!!!

Meh I enjoyed it. We got it the other day and have been playing it nonstop. I didn't like it at first because of the clutter but then I got used to it. It just seemed like they were trying to shove everything together. The graphics are awesome, the fighting is easy, yadda yadda yadda. I'm disappointed though. I can't play Xiao Qiao in musou! Or a bunch of others for that matter..Thats where the old games beat it. You can play pretty much anyone's musou and now you can't except as 2nd player :/
