An amazing game all round. I played the first game in the series and got stuck for about a year on one part before I completed it and I was worried that this game was going to be almost impossible to figure out as well, however my worries were definitely proved very wrong, this game is the perfect mix of fun and challenge, as normal mode is very layed back at some parts and very intense game play in others and the higher difficulties have a very good difficulty curve which is useful if you ever start to feel that you have been cheated out of a challenging experience. The Wii controls also added a very cool twist to the standard Metroid Prime series allowing you to manouver a lot easyer. And finally the graphics are yet another great feat for Nintendo and the Wii. I definitely reccomend this to both newcomers and Metroid Prime veterans.

this game is amazing. the game really takes advantage of the wii controls, with all new suit upgrades, weapons, and abilities. the enemies are so unique, exept for the return of ridley! with you at the controls, dark samus should go running!

I really dislike the first two metroid games it just felt like you were given the basic premise of the story at the begining of the game followed by the classic theme of samus stepping out of the ship then you were left with a couple of hours of not having a clue about the story line. But the 3rd outing of the metroid series adds small things such as voice acting, the ability to mess around with the ship more for exampe call in an airstrike. Just small things that I felt were missing from the first 2 outings have improved the serise immensly the best first person shooter on the wii

If there were one game that could make or break the Wii's functionality, it would be Metroid Prime. Luckily Metroid Prime 3 makes superb use of the Wii and offers an experience that not only includes the highly-regarded gameplay of Metroid, but also interaction on an incomparable level. The game itself is a huge improvement over Metroid Prime 2, with most of the game echoing the achievements gained in the Gamecube original. What more can you ask for?
