Sadly, for no fault of the game, this was picked up by me, played for about half an hour, and was put down again and forgotten about, due to the fact that i had better games to play.
i would reccommend the DS version, as although the Wii has better graphics and a larger playing area, the DS controls make for a much more fun experience.
Definately a great game for the ladies though.

I returned this game because after playing Wonderful Life on the Gamecube my expectations for this game were high and it was extremely disappointing! It was much more like the Gameboy/DS version and the graphics weren't much better either!

Originally created for the gamecube, Rising Star Games sure have done an excellent job of bringing this game to the Wii. The controls of the game are simple and effective. Unfortunately it doesn't take advantage of the Wii's motion sensor so it is just like playing a gamecube game, which is still great!
On to the actual game, You start off as a young man (unfortunately, they did not implement being able to be a girl like on the gamecube version.
You can do many different things. Farming, Fishing and looking after the animals are just a few of this games features. Like most Harvest Moon games, interacting with the town's residents is vital and can open up alot more features later in the game, like falling in love for example which eventually will lead on to having a child.
You can even marry your rival but this will bring about the end of the game, So I recommend marrying a town resident as this game is fun for a long time!
I love this game and recommend it to everyone!

This is a very addictive game. I bought this for my wife for her Birthday present, and she has spent every free moment playing it. She started by choosing which area to move in to. Then she was introduced to the neighbours, who gave her things to help her start.
I have heard that it is possible to choose to play as a young lady in the game, but if this is true, we havent found out how yet. So as a young man, you have to run a farm and explore the land. you start off growing a couple of crops, and later on you can buy farm animals too.
Some of the things you can do include: Rock climbing, Fishing, Mining, Collecting things to sell, and socialising. There is quite a lot more to it, but we havent ventured too far from the farm yet. This is a good, peaceful game, but when you play it, you begin to wonder where the hours of the day have gone. 10/10

This game was originally created for gamecube, but since the wii came out they made it for it instead. This game is really cute and has a good storyline, however it doesn't take advantage of the wii's motion sensors, it's still basically a gamecube game, just with a different controller. It is still a good game though and i highly reccomend it for this price! ^_^

I brought this game on release 14th March as for me I'm a No 1 Fan of Harvest Moon and have every game but this game yes you can move furniture, get married, have babies, have a pet dog and pig and grow veggies plus you have all the festivals to go to aswell thats were you will pick some of your musical notes up but make sure you collect 50 musical notes to wake the Harvest Goddess up then she will repelish your health for you but if you get married to Jamie the Harvest Goddess will marry you but the game will be over. so if you don't want to end your game I suggest you marry one of the town folk it is a very enjoyable game but the Wii Version is sadly Boy Version only. It was Boy & Girl on Gamecube and only came out in America. So if you like Farming this is the game for you. ENJOY !!!

Ever wanted to keep your own farm? Like feeling the reward of your hard work with a basket of vegetables? This is the game for you!
The new harvest moon feature of being able to customise your home (by moving the furniture), and the choice of being a boy or a girl seperates this adventure from all other versions.
Score 100 musical notes, by doing many different tasks like milking, shearing and impressing your neighbours.
