i think this a great item as u r unable to purchase wii points from the online wii shop unless u have a visa card

Great idea, and can be used to purchase many good things. but as noted by others Wii points do run out extremely quickly. i myself would suggest you use the registration keys you get with nintendo products to get stars, and then swap these stars for wii points. however, the stars for wii points system is quite unreliable as i have discovered myself, due to errors and unavailability of cards/codes (which u receive after trading stars). so for this reason simply do what is easiest for you, as both options are reasonably good idea's.

i have to agree, the pricing is very high, yet when wii ware is launched in 2008, the things you'll be able to download will be of a higher value for money. buy some points and have a blast, just dont buy too many!

wii points are a very good idea because you can buy all your old favourites from the N64 backwards if you're a fan of those older games, but the games are a bit overpriced, like 1000 points for a N64 game, also, nintendo should make it so that you can buy different points values, like 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10000 (the maximum points limit)

wii points are very good for playing old retro games but the price is a bit too high! Maybe if there were some deals..eg) buy a game and controller and get wii points free! Other excellent!

Yeah this is a good bit of kit to enjoy the previous nintendo games but it's just a bit overprices i would suggest looking into the star trading for points topic
