Another star ocean release is never a bad thing. Active battle system, great animation, likable characters all a must for a great RPG. This game has everything you expect from a traditional storyline with a few twists. I found this game was shorter than Star Ocean 1 and you level up easier, you can also go to advanced areas quite easily so raising up and getting better equipment is easy to do. Other than this I loved the game and it kept me busy for over 30 hours. Any fans of star ocean or someone looking for a good rpg to try out should try this. Great game

A solid RPG with several good points that make it and similar games enjoyable to play. My only gripe is i didn't enjoy leveling up like i did in games like Blue Dragon, Kingdom Hearts 2, Eternal Sonata plus others.

Unfortunately this game grew a bit boring due to the story plot, the depthness of the characters was not enough but it is still good fun and highly addictive!
