to answer a few questions - you get one of these with your ps3, and once your controller is charged you don't have to charge it again for quite some time. i'm getting another one because what if me and my brother run out of battery on our controller at the same time (cause you don't get one of these if you buy a seperate controller)

If you have a PSP you can use the data transfer/mini USB cable that comes with it. Or any mini USB cable that comes with most Digital Cameras/MP3 players

Its pretty good but you can use use a normal digital camea 1 for cheaper so its too expensv
