Any game about dragons is worth a look and Lair certainly has its fair share of them. Panned at release, Lair has since been patched with analogue controls, rather than just the sixaxis controls it started out with, and more dragons. Although the game holds your hand a bit during the first few levels, you get the sense that the flying side of the sixaxis control works pretty well. It’s only when you get to fight the first ‘boss’ that things fall apart a little bit using this control method. The analogue stick works far better and will have you flying in no time. While flying itself is pretty responsive, fighting individual enemies on a 1-to-1 basis can be a bit hit or miss. Camera angles and controls let it down somewhat. So the upshot is that if you can live with frustrating controls there is a fairly fine game underneath and at the current discount prices, Lair is well worth picking up.

everyone who hates the game in a few ways i agree and i also agree with the people who love the game.I thought this game was 2two short but a really good idea the graphics are not the best but still better than a ps2 alot BETTER but i wouldnt recomend this game i had it for a month really enjoyed playing for the first 2 weeks but then i got really annoyed with it because it was annoying flying the dragon but still a really good game i will rate it 7 and a half/10
