Brilliant graphics, but for me, rather boring gameplay!! The gameplay is literally see some enemies, hide behind cover and pick one off at a time. There are no real silent takedowns and there is no way to sneak past undetected or kill enemies silently without anyone noticing. The hide behind cover and kill becomes very tedious after a few hours and the shooting, gun selection and takedowns just aren't up to par for a game that requires you to shoot and takedown enemies for 30 mins a chapter throughout the game. The gameplay is mixed up several times by jet skies and jeeps but it's a railed route, (aka one way to your destination) and even this becomes annoying and boring with the typical drive and shoot scenario with only one path taking away the feeling that you'r in a huge jungle. The game is presented magnificently, from the slick and easy to use menus to the Hollywood style cinematics. The cutscenes were designed using real actors and having their actions mapped on to the game, so it looks alot more real in the way the characters move and interact with each other. Graphics When the game was first released nearly a year ago it was one of the best looking games i have ever seen, and that still rings true today. The colours are fantastic. Makes such a good change from all those games that have been released with some horrible colours. Mostly greys and shitty browns. Alot of the game is set within the jungle and it's great to look at all the vegetation and the sun shining through the trees. My favourite part is just after the plane crash when you can look out over the ocean and into the distance. If you move the camera down, you can see the ocean starts as a light blue when it is at the shore and then goes darker the further you look out. Just seeing the little
