Click & Collect
Welcome to our new service "Click & Collect". If you are a Reward Card holder, you can now choose to have your order delivered to a Game store near to you, and you can collect it from there at your leisure.
Important Notes
- This service is only available on large hardware items and hardware bundles. The full list of items is listed below, and individual items are marked as eligible for this service when you view the product details page.
- To make use of this service you must log in and have linked your Reward Card number to your Game.co.uk Account.
- When you checkout you will be offered the choice of Click & Collect or Home Delivery service and a Store Finder tool which will locate Game stores near your chosen town or postcode.
- Before visiting the Store to collect your order please use the Delivery Tracker Tool to check that it has been delivered.
- When collecting your order, please bring the order number and any one of the following proof of identity: Passport, Driving License or a Utility Bill.
- You will have 14 days in which to collect your order once it has arrived in store, after which it will be returned to our warehouse.
