I cant fault the game, but i am giving it just 3.5 stars, as having played the previous game in the series, this is pretty much the same in almost every way. News tory, better graphics and some new buildings, but no MAJOR changes, so a little dissapointed. Still plenty of Hours of fun for city builder fans. Overall a good game, but a bit stale, if you have had played the previous versions. New ANNO players will like it allot.

I have to agree with Steven & Karl it is OTT on the protection. but apart from that i have really enjoyed it the graphics are great! its simple but challenging when wanting to advance your people. I personally feel it has just got the right balance with the trade, expanding and not all concerntrating on getting a large army quickly to end the game in 30mins! would recommend this game.

I agree with Stephen. The DRM protection only lets you install 3 times and is a bit OTT, especially considering the game has already been cracked and pirated, so what's the point? The only ones suffering are the honest consumers. The game itself is fun to play however and is a nice change of pace from blowing the shit out of everything on screen. The graphics are nice and the audio is spot on, it could've done with more camera options though. It can take a while to get anywhere, but the game doesn't overwhelm you and there are good tutorials to guide you through the early stages. I'd definately recommend this if you're looking for a good city builder. 4/5

Whilst the game itself is a fun and worthy addition to the franchise, what is being hidden from all legal purchasers is the draconion protection system, which will only allow you to install the game 3 times.
