Every bit as good as Episode 1 but a little too short. Always good quality from Steam.

Half Life games are not just randomly shooting zombies or antlions, its the way you can see the light reflected off of Alyx's eyes, the way that Vorts are always interesting when they talk about thier legacy, and the way that the story always manages to surprise and challenge you. In a word, 'epic'.

This is a must have for the half life fans Episode 2 is much much better than episode one Episode one was predictible and the enviroment didn't change very much Episode 2 has out of door enviroments with indoor tunnels with a lot of antlions to battle through You come face to face with quite a few striders and hunters are everywhere Alyx gets hurt at the start and she goes through the game wanting revenge Like i said before a must have 5/5

Valve have released another classic game. continuing the half life story from the end of episoide 1. HL2:EP2 has you battling through ant-lion tunnels and taking on a new enemies based on the strider's or the previous game. Your first combat encounter with the hunter is a tense affair and really hangs in my mind as one of the best battles i ever had. it also nice to get out of the city's and into more varied terrain of wooded areas and just proves that Valve are masters at game design. the game is paced perfectly and does not put a foot wrong. Better then episode one and has one of the finest, for lack of a better phrase, "Boss battle" i have ever played in a game. If you a fan of half life you MUST get this game. if your not, buy half life 2, and get EP1 before this otherwise you will be confused by the story. Well done valve you've done it again. 5/5
