Face it, the Medal of Honor series hasn't been the most successful series of all time. Allied Assault was the last game actually worth buying. But however the folks at EA decide to stay the course like a bunch of idiots and make yet ANOTHER WW2 game as if it's still the new thing around. Aside from the great Brothers in Arms games, this is the only popular WW2 series left now that the boys at Infinity Ward decide to mix things up a bit with the Call of Duty series by making it a modern-theme shooter. Now I don't know why EA doesn't do the same, but they should because the new MoH game Airborne doesn't exactly show the series' strengths.

In this edition you take part in the Airborne Infantry units in which all of your single-player missions start off in the plane where you jump and begin the reaping anywhere you want to. Once you land you get a set of objectives, do them, and kill some Axis soldiers along the way. Oh gee this REALLY sounds familiar. Like in almost any other WW2 game,

Definately a game wirth buying. Played this quite abit and have enjoyed every mission. Some missions can be a pain especially Panzar Crews but with a little time it is easy to get use to the tactics. The game looks and plays very well, smooth as butter. It is also nice to finally choose were yu start in the battle feild and always worth to try different locations as it could help you out in the mission. A very good game.

I bought the game 2 days ago and i have finished it already.
I dont know anything about computer programing etc etc. I can say like the guy how wrote the other review is correct in many ways but there is something that are lacking quite alot. Like drop were you wanna drop and you will get a diffrent game experience every time right and wrong even if you drop in diffrent places the objectives are the same and the enemy will be and a are located at exactlly the same place over and over.So i dont like the singleplayer campaign mode alot( MOHAAs )strong point is the multiplayer..Everything is realistic the way the fall etc when dying, reacting to grenades Something really annoying is the red cross that turn up when you hit someone another thing shooting 4-5 times at 0-1foot away from a wielding guy with mg42 with shootgun before he falls is also little unreal. But like i said it a good game if you dont want to much realism and have a litlle time on you hand before you go to work etc etc..

This game, although not a masterpiece IS very absorbing; I've been hooked on it since I bought it. From the smart AI, the models moving like real characters, *& corpses falling realistically too,.. to the BEAUTIFUL lighting, the great background sound-staging; stoney rooms echo, wooden floors creak, bullets ricochet, helmets clunk when struck by bullets, (& fly off too!), glass breaks, wood splinters when struck, fabric 'fluffs' when hit; immersive scenery, wet shiny & glistening floors, stone, rock & wood. Along with great tactical places to hide & scope your surroundings. Weapons are great; the shooting is awesome; very stable under firing, so all YOU have to do is get that target SIGHTED; then fire - BOOM; HEADSHOT!
It's ALL very impressive. All in all a very good game; if you have the gaming rig! BUY IT!!
