Wii MotionPlus to be bundled with Tiger Woods and Grand Slam

Wii gamers looking forward to trying out the new MotionPlus accessory will be able to do it in style when it hits stores this summer.
The accessory is to be bundled with Wii's version of both Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 10 and EA SPORTS Grand Slam Tennis in a bid to showcase what it can do and how well it works.
According to EA SPORTS president Peter Moore, the MotionPlus seriously enhances the Wii experience for sports-fan gamers.
"The functionality of the Wii MotionPlus will help us deliver the authentic, true-to-life sports motion that will redefine the sports experience on the Wii," he explained.
The accessory will enable gamers playing the bundled Tiger Woods to try out a real golf swing, while those who prefer tennis will really feel like part of the game by being able to freely control an authentic backswing.
According to Nintendo, the MotionPlus, which attaches onto the existing Wii Remote, is an improvement because the combined accelerometer and sensor bar allow for the more comprehensive tracking of a player's arm.
