Logging In & Out of your Account
Logging in to your GAME Account
To login to your GAME Account, click the Login link either in the top-right corner, or in the Shopping Basket. You will be taken to a page where you must enter your GAME Account's registered email address and password, then simply click Login!
I'm unable to Login to my GAME Account!
You are perhaps trying to log in using your old 4-digit PIN instead of a password. In order to obtain your new Password, please re-register your details with us.
I've forgotten my Password and am unable to Login.
No problem. Just head on over to the Lost Password Page and enter your e-mail address. You'll then need to answer the security question you set yourself. An e-mail will be immediately sent out, where you'll be given a link to follow. From there, you will be able to reset your Password.
But I've also forgotten the answer to my secret question!
You'll have to phone Customer Services on 0871 200 1221 (*Calls cost 10p per minute; calls from mobiles and some networks may be higher) to request your password. Be sure to have any personal details on hand - we'll need to ask you a series of security questions.
Logging out of your GAME Account
I'm finished with my Account and wish to logout. How do I do this?
To logout of your account, all you need to do is click the "Log out" button in in the top right corner of the site. To log back in again, simply follow the "Log in" link and re-enter your Username and Password.
If I forget to logout of my Account, will people be able to use my card details?
Absolutely not. While we do have credit card detail storage in the system, we do NOT store your Security Number. As such, no-one will be able to pay for items with your card unless they physically have your card in front of them. If you do leave yourself logged in and someone else uses your PC, we will ensure checks are run to prevent any unauthorised user from using your card details.
