Lost in Transit Orders
Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below:
- Have you checked on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system?
- Has it been 10 working days (28 days for international orders) since your order was dispatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
- Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you? To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability).
What Next?
If the required number of working days has elapsed then print out the Royal Mail Claim Form below and complete it, remembering to include your signature.
Please note this applies to UK standard post orders only.

You can post the form to GAME at FREEPOST, PO Box 6831, Basingstoke, RG24 4PL or fax it to 01256 784266. Remember to keep proof of postage. If you are able to scan your form with a valid signature you can email it to: lost.orders@game.co.uk
Important:
- Claims cannot be processed without a valid signature.
- You may only claim for ‘lost in transit’ deliveries for up to a maximum of 45 days from the despatch date.
- Royal Mail may contact you in connection with your claim.
Special Deliveries
Where you have paid extra for your order to be shipped via our Express Courier Service we will reimburse you the carriage costs if the delivery has not been made / attempted within 2 full business days of dispatch - this applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only.
Orders shipped via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.
